DEVLOG #106: VERSION 5.19.0 PATCH NOTES

Hey everyone, lemmingllama here. Version 5.19.0 will be releasing this upcoming Tuesday the 12th. This update will have reworks to the advance start system, new equipment sets, and more. Read all about the changes below!
One thing to note is that a few features we had previously discussed in the DevUpdates will be delayed. The mythic equipment set Belial, The Fossilized Symbiote and the Upgrade All Favorite Artifacts button for VIPs and season pass holders have been delayed and will not be released with the 5.19.0 update. These features will still be coming in an update very Soon™. We’ll keep you all up to date on when they’ll be added to the game in future DevUpdates/DevLogs.
NEW CONTENT:
Added Retire Raid button for Clan Raids- Only usable by Grand Masters and Masters
- Retired raids will not give any rewards and will not return the Raid Key used to start the raid
- 1.2x Special Titan Duration
- 20x Non-Boss Damage
- 10x All Hero Damage
- Collect Ride Tickets to earn rewards
- Gain 1.5x Ride Tickets from tournament rewards
- New Camping in Emerald Forest raid profile background
- Dedicated Fan, Grill Master, and Surf Strike event equipment drops
GENERAL CHANGES:
Starting Stage Reworks- All starting start bonuses will now be additive
- Stage Rush will apply after the multiplicative starting stage bonuses
- Default +20% Starting Stage bonus for all clans
- Starting stage bonus from clans based on highest raid completed
- Maximum Starting Stage Bonus of +70% from clans
- Noble Fencer Starting Stage bonus changed to +5% Starting Stage
- Tournament starting stage will cap at 95%
- Maximum Stage Rush value increased from 27000 to 32000
- Time Storm starting stage changed from 50% to 65%
- Companion Frenzy starting stage changed from 50% to 60%
- Shimmering Blacksmith starting stage changed from 75% to 80%
- Solar Eclipse starting stage changed from 60% to 70%
- Metabolic Growth starting stage changed from 90% to 85%
RAID CARD BALANCE CHANGES:
Clanship Barrage- +2.4% Burst Damage
- +6.67% Affliction Damage
- Rebalanced damage increase from 80% to 75% Missing Health
- -1.7% Burst Damage
- -1.7% Burst Damage
- +24.2% Affliction Damage
- Rebalanced Damage per Afflicted Part from 15% to 10%
