Introducing the latest patch notes for Path of Exile! Get ready for the upcoming Ultimatum league by creating your own Private Leagues ahead of the launch on April 16. Plus, we've made some important changes to improve your gameplay experience. Say goodbye to clutter with the removal of Remove-only Map Stash Tabs and Unique Collection Tabs when emptied. We've also added new categories to the Bulk Item Exchange section of the Trade website, including Prophecies and Unique Maps. And for all you M1 Mac owners out there, you can now enjoy Path of Exile through Rosetta with minimal impact on performance. But that's not all! 3.13.2 Patch Notes
- Texture Streaming has been further improved. Loading should now be quicker and you should see fewer low-resolution textures.
- Added automation to remove old minimap and shader data. This process occurs during the Grinding Gear Games logo video upon launch and may take some time. Old minimap and shader data will typically be cleared once per league in the future.
- Updated the patcher to reduce ggpk fragmentation during the patching process. This means that the ggpk file won't grow so large, so quickly, in the future. We're working on a graphical interface to the PackCheck tool so that you can easily condense it back down.
- Owners of M1 Macs can now play Path of Exile through Rosetta, with minimal impact on performance. A native version will be available in a future update.
- Various renderer systems have been made roughly 15-20% faster, which doesn't necessarily translate to a performance improvement for all users but anecdotally it seems like it's around 5% faster on average for us.
- Fixed a common client crash.

General Improvements- Sirus, Awakener of Worlds and The Shaper can no longer appear in The Sacred Grove, Temporal Incursions, Syndicate Laboratories and Conqueror arenas.
- Added a Void Ground Hideout Decoration. This can be purchased from Zana at Decoration Level 2, for 330 Favour.
- Added an Expand/Collapse All button to the Hideout Decorations tab.

- Fixed a bug where the the "Strongbox Monsters have 600% increased Item Quantity" Elevated Sextant modifier was only applying 500% increased Item Quantity.
- Fixed a bug with Wintertide Brand where Chill could be applied for a longer duration than intended.
- Fixed a bug where the "Trigger level x Warlord's Mark when you Hit a Rare or Unique Enemy" modifier was granting less Rage than intended.
- Fixed a bug with Righteous Fire where swapping socketed Support gems during the grace period could cause the skill to deal no damage.
- Fixed a bug where Hydrospheres couldn't be Shocked or Frozen when using Elemental Hit as a Ranged skill.
- Fixed a bug with Orb skills where damage would be reflected to the player if these skills were supported with Traps or Mines.
- Fixed a bug where the Alternate Quality effect on the Anomalous Mana Leech Support gem wasn't working correctly.
- Fixed a bug where the Alternate Quality effect on the Divergent Decoy Totem gem was incorrectly regenerating 20% of life per minute instead of per second.
- Fixed a bug where Desecrate could fail to summon corpses against certain bosses when triggered by Arcanist Brand.
- Fixed a bug where the Demonic Herald Effect microtransaction could cause Sentinels summoned by Herald of Purity to not use their Crusade Slam skill.
- Fixed a bug where the Do Not Disturb mode wouldn't display announcements such as the Realm restarting.
- Fixed a bug where completing the Eternal Labyrinth with a Dedication, Tribute or Gift to the Goddess could count towards two Izaro kills for the Complete Endgame Grinds challenge.

- Fixed a visual bug where the Alternate Quality effects on the Phantasmal Spark and Anomalous Crackling Lance gems were missing description text.
- Fixed a visual bug where the Metamorph Stash Tab could display the incorrect number of stored organs.

Mac Improvements
- Fixed a bug where you couldn't rotate while using Channelling skills if the skill was assigned to the right or middle mouse button.
- Fixed a bug where Hideouts couldn't be imported or exported.
- Fixed a bug where the client window buttons would no longer function after attempting to import or export a Hideout.
- Fixed a client crash that could occur when resizing the client window.
PvP Improvements
- Scorching Ray now has an attack time override of 3 seconds.
- Fixed a bug where premade Templar characters wouldn't be able to equip the Firestorm gem.
- Fixed a bug where premade Duelist characters wouldn't have a fully allocated Passive Tree.
- Fixed a bug where the Duelist's premade character build was incorrectly named "Whirling Blade" (now Double Strike).
Crash Fixes
- Fixed a client crash that could occur during Legion encounters.
- Fixed a rare instance crash.

Ritual Improvements- Ritual rewards that have been revealed can now be linked in chat.
- The Monstrous Treasure prophecy can no longer activate in maps where Blood-filled Vessels are used.
- Foul Ritual encounters will now only apply Toxic Vines if you stop moving during the Ritual encounter.
- The Obtain Ritual Base Types challenge now requires you to exchange Tribute for 9 out of 27 Ritual Base Types.
- Fixed a bug where Ritual Altars couldn't be interacted with if all of the monsters that spawned inside the Ritual Circle were killed outside of it.
- Fixed a bug where Blight encounters sometimes couldn't be started if they were too close to a Ritual Altar.
- Fixed a bug where certain monsters could remain stationary during Ritual encounters.
- Fixed a bug where certain Conqueror-influenced monsters could be invisible during Ritual encounters.
- Fixed a bug where certain Elder-influenced monsters could be immune to damage for a short period of time after being revived during a Ritual encounter.
- Fixed a bug where the Grotto Map boss could become invulnerable during a Ritual encounter.
- Fixed a bug where the Estuary Map boss could become invisible after being revived during a Ritual encounter.
- Fixed a bug where the Spider Lair Map boss could sometimes disappear if a Ritual encounter was completed near the boss.
General Improvements
- Reduced the life on Tier 4 Harvest bosses.
- A short grace period has been added between Elder Guardian phases.
- Maps Influenced by The Shaper or The Elder can no longer be obtained as a reward for completing tiers 1-4 of The Maven's Challenge for an Atlas region.
- The Raider's Quartz Infusion ascendancy passive no longer grants a permanent Phasing visual effect.
- Syndicate Safehouses now have a minimum area level of 73.
- The values of the "x% less effect of Curses on Monsters" and "Monsters have x% chance to Avoid Elemental Ailments" map modifiers on Synthesis maps have been lowered, so that it's no longer possible to reach 100% on these modifiers with the Vivid Memories Atlas Passive node allocated.
- The Stone Golem's Attack Range has been increased, and will now use its Slab Slam and Rolling Stone skills more often.
- The Bramble Valley Map can no longer roll the Twinned modifier.
- Water Volatiles spawned in the Forking River Map boss encounter now spawn less often, deal less damage and explode with a greater delay after being touched.
- The Whirlpool skill used by the Forking River Map boss now requires the player to be further away from the boss and persists for a shorter duration.
- The Repeated Water Lance skill used by the Forking River Map boss now requires the player to be within a closer radius to the boss. The boss also turns at a lower speed while using this skill.
- The Teleport skill used by the Forking River Map boss no longer deals damage.
- The Shadow Councillor clones summoned by the Crimson Township Map boss have been visually updated to make it easier to see when they appear.
- The Crimson Township Map boss now summons Shadow Councillor clones at a reduced frequency.
- The Blood Ritual debuff in the Crimson Township Map boss encounter now stacks up after a small delay, if re-entering the encounter after dying or leaving.
- Fixed a bug where the Uncharted Realms Atlas passive tree wouldn't unlock correctly after defeating The Maven.
- Fixed a bug where the incorrect faction's Splinters and Emblems could be obtained from a Legion encounter.
- Fixed a bug where totems were not being counted as Allies.
- Fixed a bug where the chance to Dodge Spell Damage would only be calculated once for all three of the Forking River Map boss's Repeated Water Lance hits.
- Fixed a bug where the Graveyard Map bosses could become invulnerable when using Explosive Arrow.
- Fixed a bug with The Hidden Blade unique dagger where Unseen Strike could trigger while you were dead.
- Fixed a bug where Ballista Totems and Spell Totems were incorrectly calculating their life based on the level of the supported Skill Gem, rather than the level of their Support Gem.
- Fixed a bug where the "Socketed Gems are Supported by Level x Item Rarity" elevated modifier wasn't working correctly.
- Fixed a bug with Arcane Surge where the strongest source of the buff was not always prioritised.
- Fixed a bug with Fortify where the strongest source of the buff was not always prioritised.
- Fixed a bug where the Hydrosphere skill could sometimes fail to deal damage if a monster lost the Drenched debuff after a new Hydrosphere was created.
- Fixed a bug with the Wave of Conviction skill where repeating the skill (for example with Spell Echo or Unleash Support), could result in monsters only being hit by one of the waves.
- Fixed a bug where Sniper's Mark could fail to split projectiles when used alongside the Mercenary's Lot unique gloves.
- Fixed a bug with the Slayer's Impact ascendancy passive where the "5% increased Area of Effect per Enemy killed recently, up to 50%" modifier wasn't working correctly.
- Fixed a bug with Channelling skills not working as intended while being affected by an Echoing Shrine.
- Fixed a visual bug where the Conqueror tracker on the Atlas could sometimes show the incorrect amount of maps required to open portals to fight the Conqueror.
- Fixed a bug where anointed amulets wouldn't hide their passive skill information when viewing their Advanced Mod Descriptions.
- Fixed a visual bug where the passive skill information from hovering over an anointed amulet could sometimes appear larger than intended.
- Fixed a visual bug with the Doomcrow Weapon Effect's feathers being the wrong colour.
- Fixed a visual bug where the Maven Map Device button could appear on the Map Device without being unlocked.
Crash Fixes
- Fixed a client crash that could occur when using the Roc Sentinel Legion monster as a Spectre.
- Fixed a rare client crash that could occur during the Tul, Creeping Avalanche encounter.

- Fixed a bug where the maximum modifier limit could be bypassed on Cogwork Rings via Harvest crafting.

3.13.1b Patch Notes:
- Texture Streaming is no longer relied on for the initial loading of textures. Instead the loading screen stays up until the scene is ready to render, with Texture Streaming used where necessary to keep frame rate high when loading unexpected assets during gameplay.
- Various improvements have been made so that textures are not unloaded so aggressively.
- Fixed a bug where the Heist Ally Equipment screen couldn't be opened via the 'V' shortcut key.

Ritual Improvements- The Ritual Tribute counter is now displayed at a greater radius around Ritual Altars.
- The Ritual Favours screen now displays a more appropriate message if a party member who is not the instance owner attempts to purchase Favours.

- Monsters that spawn from Bitter and Glacial Rituals are now further spread out.
- Fixed a bug where the fourth Ritual in a zone would sometimes provide less Tribute than intended.

Echoes of the Atlas Improvements
- You can no longer imprint Watchstones (for example with the Bestiary imprint recipe or Eternal Orbs). Restoring the number of Sextant uses through this method was a consequence we did not intend.
- Improved performance during The Maven boss encounter.
- The Atlas passive skill trees have been visually updated to make it easier to see allocated nodes.
- The Maven Map Device button has been visually updated to make it easier to see if it's activated.
- Added an audio telegraph to The Maven's Frost Projectiles skill.
- While witnessing The Shaper encounter, The Maven will no longer use her Heal skill during The Shaper's immunity phases.
- The Crusher of Gladiators map boss summoned by The Maven during her boss encounter will no longer use it's Reflect skill.
- Fixed a bug where Maven's Beacon could be obtained earlier than intended when playing in a party.
- Maven's Invitations are now a guaranteed drop upon capturing the 10th boss in an Atlas region for the first time.
- Fixed a bug where the Silo Map boss could become invulnerable while the player is being witnessed by The Maven.
- Fixed a bug where The Maven's Quick Guard skill was not working as intended in areas which were level 84 or higher.
- Fixed a bug where The Maven would sometimes fail to use her skills correctly when witnessing a map boss encounter.
General Improvements
- Items with anointed notable passive skills now show their passive skill information when hovered.
- Improved readability when hovering over a map on the Atlas which has a large amount of modifiers.
- You can no longer use the Zana Map Device to apply League modifiers to a map if it is already enchanted with the "Has an additional modifier from Zana's crafting bench at random" modifier from Harvest crafting.
- You can no longer open portals to The Temple of Atzoatl or Betrayal Safehouses while the Map Device is already in the process of opening portals to another Map.
- Re-entering the Crimson Township Map boss arena after leaving or dying is now less punishing.
- Animate Weapon microtransactions can now be applied to weapons animated via the Chains of Command unique body armour.
- Aura microtransactions can now be applied to Aura effects granted by unique items that do not have a skill gem.
- Fixed a bug where Sirus' beam skills were not being oriented correctly.
- Fixed a bug where certain doors in Heists could not be walked through after the doors were opened.
- Fixed a bug where Vaal Arc was not chaining correctly.
- Fixed a bug where the "Attack Skills deal x% increased Damage while Dual Wielding" modifier was not working correctly.
- Fixed a bug where the Flickershade Spectre's Multi-Slash ability could sometimes fail to deal damage.
- Fixed a bug where the quality effect on Divergent Withering Touch Support didn't work correctly.
- Fixed a bug where unique strongboxes could spawn more often than intended when applying multiple sources of the "Strongboxes in Areas are at least Rare" modifier.
- Fixed a bug where the boss arena in Cold River Map would remain closed after completing a Conqueror encounter.
- Fixed a bug where the Primeval Hideout could sometimes not be fully cleared.
- Fixed a bug where a minion that died to Minion Instability would sometimes count as two deaths.
- Fixed a source of desync when using Chain Hook.
- Fixed a bug where Silver Coins were not dropping as Contraband in Heists.
- Fixed a bug where Syndicate Operatives would incorrectly run into melee range before throwing their daggers.
- Fixed a bug where certain Aura microtransactions were not using the correct surge.

- Fixed a visual bug in Peninsula Map where certain tiles could become invisible.
Texture Streaming Improvements
- Texture streaming has been updated to lessen CPU usage and improve overall performance on weaker systems.
- The High texture quality option has been re-enabled for players on the Vulkan client with 3000mb of Video RAM or less. Previously when the Vulkan renderer ran out of Video RAM it would crash, but now it just degrades performance. We recommend only using High texture quality if you have 3000mb of Video RAM or more.
Mac Improvements
- Fixed a bug where certain microtransactions would appear invisible.
Crash Fixes
- Fixed a common client crash.
- Fixed two instance crashes.

- Fixed a bug where certain totem damage modifiers were not being applied correctly.

- Fixed a bug where Sirus the Awakener wasn't dropping any Unique Items if your Awakening Level was between 1 and 7.

- Players with 3000mb of Video RAM or less are now capped at Medium texture quality with the Vulkan client, which prevents crashes. We will undo this change when we make some other Vulkan improvements within a few weeks.
- Fixed a bug where party member names would not appear on the minimap.
