Netflix + Minecraft = <3

An all-new blocktastic series in the making! EXTRA EXTRA! NEWS ALERT! STOP THE PRESSES! Wait, do people even use presses nowadays? Maybe a question for another day! Just as we’ve wrapped up our 15-day long 15th anniversary celebration, we have even more exciting news to share with all of you. Hold on to your party hats, dear readers... We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve joined forces with Netflix to produce an animated series set in our blocky universe. The series will tell an original story with new characters and reflect the world of Minecraft in a new light. It is currently in development by the talented studio WildBrain (creators of Sonic Prime, Ninjago: Dragons Rising, and Carmen Sandiego) and will debut exclusively on Netflix. We couldn’t be more excited, so stay tuned for more information!
