Hero Adjustments

[Wanwan]

Now only when Wanwan kills enemies with her Ultimate, she will get extra ATK Speed.

Tiger Pace: The damage of hitting the Weakness decreased from 2.5% to 2%. The damage dealt to the target whose Weaknesses are all hit increased from 25% to 30%. Now Wanwan will not restore HP after hitting the weakness.

Swallow’s Path: Reduced its Cooldown by 2s at all levels.

Needles in Flowers: Increased its Cooldown by 2s at all levels. Removed the Movement Effects.

Fixed a bug where Wanwan could not find the Weakness of enemy heroes

[Silvanna]

Cometic Spear: Now Silvanna will still get the Movement Bonus if she doesn’t hit enemy heroes.

Spiral Strangling: The Basic Shield adjusted from 225-340 to 300-450. Magic Bonus increased from 50% to 100%. Magic Bonus of each attack increased from 20% to 35%. Its Cooldown adjusted from 7s at all levels to 9-7s.

Imperial Justice: Decreased the restraining duration to 3.5s. Now Silvanna will slow down the enemies in the area of effect by 40% for 1.5s when landing on the ground. Its Cooldown adjusted from 40-30s to 45-40s, but 75% of the Cooldown will be reduced if the casting is canceled. Mana cost adjusted from 150-210 to 130-150.

[Pharsa]

Curse of Crow: Now the Basic Attack will trigger the mark.

Energy Impact: Decreased Basic Damage by 100 at all levels.

Feathered Air Strike: Removed the extra damage of the last round of air raids.

Spiritual Unity: Every once in a while, Verri enters the Hunting state, during which Pharsa will deal extra Magic Damage and slow enemies down with her next attack.

Added new skill – Wings by Wings: Pharsa becomes a mist around Verri, flying over terrain and increasing the Movement Speed. She will exit this state immediately when controlled or launching Basic Attacks or using Skills.

[Belerick]

Wrath of Thorns: When the same target is hit by several vines, the damage will decay.

Nature’s Shield: Now the actual range of this skill is same as it displayed.

Optimized his performance in the battlefield. Temporarily banned his skin: [Tiger’s Claw] and [Torch Guardian].

Rough Waves: Reduced the decay factor of damage that several waves hit the same target. Now the total damage of hitting the same target will be greatly increased.

[Gusion] 

Sword Spike: The Slowing Effect triggered by each thrown dagger decreased from 10% to 6%.

[Fanny]

Fixed a bug where Tornado Strike would be triggered once only when Fanny cast Steel Cable and crossed several targets.

[Lunox]

Optimized the display effects of her Ultimate – [Chaos].

Battlefield Adjustments

[Equipment Items]

[Fleeting Time] Unique Passive – Timestream: The Ultimate Cooldown reduced adjusted from 35% to 30%.

We will release some season changes in advance in this update. This version does not represent the final quality. We will continue to optimize and welcome suggestions and comments.

1. Adjusted the EXP and Gold bonus of all Creeps.

2. Added: Little Crab

When the match lasts 45s, Little Crabs will be refreshed in the position where the side lane Crabs located. After killing, players can get a BUFF that gain a little more Gold. The refresh time of the Little Crab is 15s. After 90 seconds of the game, Little Crab will become the original Crab, and the attributes and Bonus are consistent with the current.

3. Added: Observation Turtle

When the match lasts 35s, Observation Turtle will be refreshed in the bush near to the mid-lane and the riverway. After killing, there will generate a Ward in the half of the riverway and provide vision to players. Lasts 60s. The refresh time of Observation Turtle is 120s.

3. Core Guard

Decreased Basic HP and HP Growth. Increased Basic ATK. Adjusted the Buff: Each Basic Attack will deal extra True Damage. (Scales with the Hero Levels)

4. Statued Shocker

Decreased Basic HP and HP Growth. Increased Basic ATK. Adjusted the Buff: Reduced the Cooldown of skills. Reduced Mana/Energy Cost of all skills. After killing the unit, restores HP based on the unit type.

Gargoyle: Increased Basic HP and HP Growth. Decreased Basic ATK and ATK Growth.

Crimson Lizard: Lowered the Basic Attributes. When its HP is lower than 50%, it will increase the defense.

Crammer: Lowered the Basic Attributes. After death, a small Crammer will be formed for a period of time.

[Spells]

Flameshot: The Cooldown decreased from 60s to 35s.

Revitalize: The percentage of HP Recovery decreased from 2.8% to 2%. (Only in Brawl Mode)

Vengeance: Now 25% damage will be returned to the attacker. Removed built-in CD of 0.7s.

Arrival: Fixed an issue where enemy heroes could not see the display effects of Arrival.

New Systems and Events

New Map – Imperial Sanctuary

Each MLBB player has battled in the “Western Desert” and “The Celestial Palace” for many years. As the end of 2019 comes, we will launch a brand new map -“Imperial Sanctuary”. Once upon a time, there were many knight imprints in the map – Imperial Sanctuary, and the identity symbol established by the Moniyan Empire for the selected knights. As the times changed, the Imperial Knights’ reputation fell, and the Imperial Sanctuary that was once surrounded by honors began to disappear into the eyes of the people. Today, the Imperial Sanctuary has become a legend. There may still be guards and ancient creatures there. They continue to protect the roots of the empire.

Now, every player who fights in the Imperial Sanctuary will fight for the title of “Knight”. The title “Knight” is an honor, and it is not easy to be obtained. Every candidate warrior wants to be a formal knight and needs to undergo a lot of rigorous tests. System Adjustments

Skill Demonstration: Now players can see Damage Indicator and HP bar. Optimized the volume of skill sound effect.

BUG Fixes

Fix an issue where [Jawhead] and [Freya]’s shield don’t take effects from shield buff/debuff.
