DOTA 2 – 7.23a Patch Notes | Neutral Drop Changes

General

  • Neutral drops will now always drop only 3 items per tier, rather than having a chance to get more
  • Neutral drops no longer have an end period in terms of when they can drop, just a start period (now 5/15/25/40/70). Higher tier items will always roll first
  • Neutral drop rate changed from 10/5/2.5/1.25/etc to 9/6/3

Items

Book of the Dead
  • Cooldown increased from 75 to 90
  • Duration reduced from 90 to 75
  • Fixed previous summons not disappearing

Clumsy Net
  • Moved from Tier 3 to Tier 2
  • Mana regen reduced from 3 to 2

Helm of the Undying
  • Moved from Tier 2 to Tier 3

Illusionst’s Cape
  • Now increases damage of your player controlled units as well.

Imp Claw
  • Critical Strike reduced from 1.6 to 1.4
  • Damage increased from 18 to 20

Iron Talon
  • Cooldown increased from 20 to 25

Keen Optic
  • Mana regeneration reduced from 1.5 to 1.25

Mind Breaker
  • Manabreak reduced from 30 to 20
  • Magic resistance increased from 15% to 25%
  • Mana steal now only has half effect on creeps

Mirror Shield
  • No longer has a 75% chance, instead has a 4 second cooldown.

Ocean Heart
  • Health/Mana regen reduced from 10/5 to 6/3
  • All stats increased from 4 to 5

Phoenix Ash
  • No longer Gives +30 All stats.
  • Health restore reduced from 100% to 50%
  • Now refreshes your non-ultimate abilities upon triggering

Repair Kit
  • Moved from Tier 2 to Tier 3

Seer Stone
  • Cast Range reduced from 500 to 450
  • Vision range reduced from 800 to 450

Spell Prism
  • No longer has an active. Now provides 20% Cooldown Reduction, +12 All stats and +4 Mana Regen

The Leveller
  • No longer has a cleave or splash effect. Now has +25% Demolish

Timeless Relic
  • Debuff duration amp reduced from 35% to 25%
  • Spell Amp increased from 10% to 15%

Tome of Aghanim
  • Removed

Vambrace
  • Moved from Tier 3 to Tier 2 (stats lowered to just the components of the recipe)

Witless Shako
  • Now provides +1000 Health and -400 Mana

Woodland Striders
  • Health regen increased from 50 to 70

Anti-Mage

Mana Break
  • Mana Break reduced from 2/3/4/5% to 1/2/3/4%

Crystal Maiden
  • Base mana regen from 1 to 1.5

Arcane Aura
  • Arcane Aura magic resistance reduced from 4/6/8/10 to 5/6/7/8
  • Arcane Aura mana regen from 1/1.5/2/2.5 to 0.5/1/1.5/2

Drow Ranger

Multishot
  • Multishot cooldown reduced from 32/28/24/20 to 26/24/22/20

Marksmanship
  • Marksmanship aura increased from 25/30/35 to 30/35/40
  • Marksmanship damage increased from 40/50/60 to 70/80/90

Lone Druid
  • Spirit Bear base attack time increased from 1.65/1.55/1.45/1.35 to 1.7/1.6/1.5/1.4
Talents
  • Level 25 Talent reduced from -0.5 Spirit Bear Attack Time to -0.25

Morphling
  • Intelligence from 13 + 1.1 to 15 + 1.5
  • Base strength increased from 20 to 22
  • Attribute Shift stats increased from 1/3/5/7 to 3/5/7/9
Talents
  • Level 10 Talent from +10 Agility to +12

Outworld Devourer
  • Intelligence increased from 28 + 3.5 to 30 + 4.2
  • Strength increased from 19 + 2.6 to 21 + 2.9

Sanity’s Eclipse
  • Sanity’s Eclipse mana per charge increased from 30/40/50 to 40/50/60
  • Sanity’s Eclipse multiplier increased from 0.4/0.5/0.6 to 0.5/0.6/0.7

Razor
  • Level 10 Agility reduced from 15 to 10

Eye of the Storm
  • Eye of the Storm passive shock damage reduced from 80/110/140 to 60/100/140

Snapfire
  • Increased base armor by 2
  • Increased strength gain from 2.3 to 3.3

Firesnap Cookie
  • Firesnap Cookie cast range increased from 500 to 700
  • Firesnap Cookie stun duration increased from 1.4/1.6/1.8/2.0 to 1.6/1.9/2.2/2.5

Lil’ Shredder
  • Lil’ Shredder fixed damage per shot increased from 30/45/60/75 to 45/60/75/90

Mortimer Kisses
  • Mortimer Kisses damage increased from 175/250/325 to 200/300/400
  • Mortimer Kisses increased slow from 15% to 25%
  • Mortimer Kisses reduced minimum travel time from 1 to 0.8 and max travel time from 2.5 to 2

Undying

Flesh Golem
  • Flesh Golem slow from 30/35/40% to 40/45/50%
  • Flesh Golem strength multiplier from 30/40/50% to 40/50/60%

Ursa
  • Base armor reduced by 1

Earthshock
  • Earthshock slow from 25/35/45/55% 10/25/40/55%

Enrage
  • Enrage cooldown increased from 50/40/30 to 70/50/30

Vengeful Spirit
  • Base agility reduced from 27 to 20 (base damage unchanged)

Vengeance Aura
  • Vengeance Aura Attack Range bonus from 60/100/140/180 to 60/90/120/150
Talents
  • Level 20 Talent reduced from +10 Attributes to +8
  • Level 20 Talent changed from Vengeance Aura Illusion Casts Spells to +200 Magic Missile Damage
  • Level 25 Talent reduced from +400 Magic Missile Damage to Vengeance Aura Illusion Casts Spells

Void Spirit
  • Increased strength gain from 2.5 to 2.8

Astral Step
  • Astral Step cast point reduced from 0.4 to 0.2
  • Astral Step cast range increased from 600/800/1000 to 700/900/1100
